Group Therapy

Sometimes it’s good to hear that you are not alone in your struggles. Group therapy can bridge both therapeutic experience and the collective experience from your peers. Group topics and process are designed by the instructor. Groups may be open ended, designed cohort (everyone starts and ends at the same time), and do require a number of group commitment.

DBT Mindfulness Group

Join our 6-week DBT Mindfulness Group to help you build skills for staying present, managing emotions, and coping more effectively with everyday stress. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is an evidence-based treatment that combines mindfulness practices with tools for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and improving relationships. This group will focus specifically on the core DBT skill of mindfulness through guided exercises, discussion, and supportive learning. Whether you are new to DBT or looking to strengthen your coping skills, this group offers a space for growth, reflection, and connection.

Group commitment is 6 weeks for 1 hour. Cost $30 per session. (NY clients only).
